高职院校中企业引进教师的适应性:内涵、问题表征与对策--基于组织认同理论的视角 被引量:3

摘要 面向“十四五”,增强适应性是职业教育发展的重要目标。从企业引进教师是职业教育类型地位确立以后高职院校师资队伍建设的关键。根据组织认同理论,企业引进教师适应性的理论内涵包括思想认同、能力胜任、情感投入三个方面。但通过考察发现,从企业引进教师还存在一些适应难题,主要表现为组织行为上教学与科研的不适应、组织情感上人际关系的不适应、组织认知上管理理念的不适应。为此,可在入口阶段、起始阶段、过程阶段、结果阶段分别通过加强企业引进教师的招聘工作、建立针对性的新教师培训体系、强化对企业引进教师的培训管理、建立完善的科学评价制度体系来提升企业引进教师的适应性。 Facing the“14th five year plan”,enhancing adaptability is an important goal of the development of vocational education.The enterprises’introduced teachers is the key to the construction of teaching staff in higher vocational colleges after the establishment of the type status of vocational education.How to enhance its adaptability is an urgent problem faced by higher vocational colleges.According to the theory of organizational identity,the theoretical connotation of the adaptability of enterprises’introduce teachers includes three aspects:ideological identity,competent ability and emotional investment.However,through the investigation of practice,it can be found that there are still some adaptation problems,mainly manifested in the incompatibility between teaching and scientific research in organizational behavior;the incompatibility on interpersonal relationships in organizational emotion;the incompatibility on management concept in organizational cognition.Therefore,we can improve the adaptability from the entrance stage,initial stage,process stage and result stage,namely by strengthening the recruitment of enterprises’introduced teachers,establishing a targeted new teacher training system,strengthening the training management of enterprises’introduced teachers,and establishing a perfect scientific evaluation system.
