摘要
针对学校教学环境未体现企业真实工作环境等问题,重庆工程职业技术学院探索构建了学习环境与企业工作场景类似、学习资源与企业真实项目类似、培养路径与职业发展过程类似、项目考评与企业绩效考评类似的软件类专业“类上班制”人才培养模式,并通过搭建“课内+课外”双贯通学习环境、开发“分方向、全周期”教学资源、创新“渐进式、项目化”培养方式、创建“专业型+技能型”教师工作室、实行“考核+激励”评价方法等,实现了学习环境、教学资源、培养路径、考核评价的四重构,为高职院校软件类专业技术人才培养提供了借鉴。
In view of the problems that the school teaching environment does not reflect the real working environment of the enterprise,Chongqing Vocational Institute of Engineering has explored and constructed a software-related professional“work-like system”talent training model with a learning environment similar to corporate work scenarios,learning resources similar to real corporate projects,training paths similar to career development processes,and project evaluations similar to corporate performance evaluations,and it built a“inclass+after-class”learning environment,developed“direction-based,full-cycle”teaching resources,innovated“progressive,projectbased”training methods,created“professional+skill-based”teacher studios,and implemented“assessment+incentive”evaluation method etc.,which have realized the four reconstructions of learning environment,teaching resources,training path,and assessment and evaluation,and provided a reference for the training of technical personnel majored in software in higher vocational colleges.
