Research and Exploration on the Studio of Famous Class Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职院校名班主任工作室是落实立德树人根本任务的前沿阵地,是班主任专业成长的重要平台,是学生工作专家的孵化基地,是“三全育人”的顾问团队。针对当前高职院校班主任队伍建设过程中存在的管理制度不健全、育人合力尚未形成、运行机制不完善、评价覆盖不全面等问题,常州机电职业技术学院以立德树人为根本任务、以提升综合素质为目标、以打造协同育人共同体为手段、以完善评价制度为保障,通过实施“耕耘计划”“提质培优计划”“创效成长计划”,并从完善规章制度、开展多元训练、搭建平台入手,探索出了高职院校名班主任工作室建设的有效路径。

The famous class teachers’studio in higher vocational colleges is the forefront of implementing the fundamental task of educating and cultivating people,an important platform for the growth of the class teacher,an incubation base for student work experts,and a consultant team for“educating students with three qualities”.In view of the problems existing in the current construction of the head teacher team in higher vocational colleges,such as the imperfect management system,the unformed joint force for educating people,the imperfect operation mechanism,and the incomplete evaluation coverage,Changzhou Vocational College of Mechanical and Electrical Technology took educating and cultivating people as the fundamental task,improved comprehensive quality as the goal,built a collaborative education community as a means,and improved the evaluation system as a guarantee.Through the implementation of the“cultivation plan”,“quality improvement plan”and“efficiency creation growth plan”,and starting from improving rules and regulations,carrying out diversified training,and building platforms,an effective path for the construction of famous class teacher studios in higher vocational colleges has been explored.
