基于新发展格局的高职院校德育评价范式重塑 被引量:2

摘要 德育评价作为高职院校思政教育的核心构成部分之一,既是提升德育实效的有力抓手,又是培养满足新发展格局下复合型人才需求的重要手段。目前,高职院校德育评价依然面临评价主体单一、价值取向偏差等问题。新发展格局下,高职院校应从延伸评价主体、转变价值取向、明确评价指标、创新评价方法层面出发,重塑德育评价范式,为畅通国内国际双循环提供人才支撑。具体实践中,政府和高职院校等主体应坚持人本主义,转变传统德育评价理念;强化统筹规划,完善德育评价制度体系;利用技术赋能,推进德育评价数字化发展;形成三方合力,提升德育工作者评价素养。 As one of the core components of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges,moral education evaluation is not only a powerful tool to improve the effectiveness of moral education,but also an important means to cultivate and meet the needs of compound talents under the new development paradigm.At present,the moral education evaluation of higher vocational colleges still faces the problems of single evaluation subject and deviation of value orientation.Under the new development paradigm,higher vocational colleges should reconstruction the moral education evaluation paradigm system from the perspective of extending evaluation subjects,changing value orientation,clarifying evaluation indicators,and innovating evaluation methods,so as to provide talent support for smooth domestic and international circulation.In specific practice,the government and higher vocational colleges and other subjects should adhere to humanism and change the traditional concept of moral education evaluation;strengthen overall planning and improve the moral education evaluation system;use technology empowerment to promote the digital development of moral education evaluation;form a tripartite force to improve Moral educators evaluate literacy.
