摘要
构建中职青年教师教学质量评价指标体系,可以实现教育评价的导向、鉴定、激励、改进和预测功能,为中职青年教师课堂教学能力提升提供方向指引。基于SERVQUAL模型,从有形性、可靠性、响应性、保证性、移情性等五个维度,构建中职青年教师课堂教学质量评价指标体系,并运用层次分析法获得各指标权重,采用模糊综合评价的方式探究四川省C职业中学青年教师课堂教学质量现状,结果发现:该校青年教师在有形性、可靠性方做得较好;在移情性方面做得较差,据此提出中职学校需要完善课堂教学质量评价机制、中职青年教师需要加强社会学与心理学等专业知识的学习、青年教师需要营造良好课堂教学氛围三个方面的建议,以使得学校“有所为”、教师“有所悟”、学生“有所得”。
The construction of the teaching quality evaluation index system for young teachers in secondary vocational schools can realize the functions of orientation,identification,motivation,improvement and prediction of education evaluation,and provide direction guidance for the improvement of classroom teaching ability of young vocational teachers.Based on the SERVQUAL model,from the five dimensions of tangibility,reliability,responsiveness,assurance,and empathy,the evaluation index system of classroom teaching quality for young teachers in secondary vocational schools is constructed,and the weight of each index is obtained by using the analytic hierarchy process,and fuzzy synthesis is adopted.The evaluation method explores the current situation of classroom teaching quality of young teachers in C secondary vocational schools in Sichuan Province,and the results show that:the young teachers of this school have done better in terms of tangibility and reliability;they have done a poor job in empathy.Schools need to improve the evaluation mechanism of classroom teaching quality,young teachers in secondary vocational schools need to strengthen the study of professional knowledge such as sociology and psychology,and young teachers need to create a good classroom teaching atmosphere,in order to make schools“do something”,teachers“have something to understand”,and students“have something to gain”.
