游泳运动员体能训练要点初探

摘要 竞技游泳属于体能主导类技术项群。体能训练水平是影响运动员竞技水平提升的关键影响因素。依据竞技游泳项目特征,针对现阶段游泳运动员体能训练中存在的问题,从基础体能和专项体能两方面对其训练过程中应关注的要点进行讨论,认为:基础体能训练应关注其全面性、系统性和长期性,以此保证良好地发展运动员的各项机能、素质,为专项体能训练提供良好的条件;专项体能则应更加注重训练效应的及时反馈及训练手段和方法的选择应用。 Competitive swimming belongs to the technical event group dominated by physical fitness.The level of physical training is the key factor affecting the improvement of athletes'competitive level.According to the characteristics of competitive swimming events and in view of the problems existing in the physical fitness training of swimmers at the present stage,this paper discusses the key points that should be paid attention to in the training process from two aspects of basic physical fitness and special physical fitness,and holds that the basic physical fitness training should pay attention to its comprehensiveness,systematical and long-term nature,so as to ensure the good development of various functions and qualities of swimmers,provide good conditions for special physical training;Special physical fitness should pay more attention to the timely feedback of training effect and the selection and application of training means and methods.
