摘要
本文通过对变压器噪声的预估分析,综合运用了变压器本体降噪措施,开发了低噪声冷却器,基于试验方法明晰了冷却器组声级与本体的叠加关系,有效降低了大容量变压器空载、负载工况下的声级水平,实现了OSFPSZ-650000/400大容量低噪声变压器的研制。
Through the prediction and analysis of transformer noise,the noise reduction measures of transformer body are comprehensively used,and the low-noise cooler is developed.Based on the test method,the superposition relationship between cooler group sound level and body is clarified,which effectively reduces the sound level of large-capacity transformer under no-load and load conditions,and realizes the development of osfpsz-650000/400 large-capacity low-noise transformer.
