摘要
制动盘是动车组制动系统的散热装置,盘体过热会引发热疲劳,危害行车安全。利用非接触式红外热成像探测技术,可在动车组制动区城对制动盘盘体进行全方位扫描,通过成像方式直观展现热分布状态,实现实时监测。本文还通过高温曲线拟合方式实现了对高温区域的快速精准探测,弥补了传统红外设备对高溫区间段探测的技术空白。
Brake dise is the heat dissipation device of EMU brake system.Overheating of dise body will cause thermal fatigue and harm driving safety.Using the non-contact infrared thermal imaging detection technology,the braking dise body can be scanned in all directions in the braking area of EMU,and the thermal distribution state can be visually displayed through imaging method to realize real-time monitoringThis paper also realizes the rapid and accurale detection of high temperature region through high temperature curve ftting,which makes u the technical gap of detecting high temperalure interval by raditional infrared equipment.
