摘要
高职院校学生的学习投入受到个体因素和院校因素的共同影响。在个体因素层面,专业认同不仅对学生的学习投入有直接影响,还通过师生互动这一中介变量间接影响学生的学习投入。在院校因素层面,教师的教学行为和师生互动对学生的学习投入都有显著影响。为促进高职院校学生的学习投入,可开设新生适应课程(或活动)、为学生创设更多的师生互动机会以及采取多种方式并举增强学生的专业认同感。
Learning engagement is affected by both individual factors and institutional factors.At the level of individual factors,professional identity not only has a direct influence on learning engagement,but also has an indirect effect on learning engagement through the intermediary variable of teacher-student interaction.At the level of institutional factors,both teaching behavior and teacher-student interaction have significant effects on learning engagement.In order to promote students′learning engagement,we can adopt a variety of methods to enhance the professional identity of students,open freshman adaptation courses(or activities)and create more teacher-student interaction opportunities for students.
