Advances in the research on the auxiliary examination of dermatomyositis/polymyositis with interstitial lung disease

皮肌炎(dermatomyositis,DM)和多发性肌炎(polymyositis,PM)是以皮肤和横纹肌炎症为特征的结缔组织病,可累及多个系统,其中肺是最常受累的器官之一。间质性肺病(interstitial lung disease,ILD)是DM/PM常见的肺部表现。DM/PM-ILD患者早期症状不明显,晚期严重影响生活质量及预后,故对合并ILD的DM/PM患者的早期诊断显得尤为重要。

Dermatomyositis(DM)and polymyositis(PM)are connective tissue diseases characterized by inflammation of the skin and striated muscles,involving multiple systems,the lungs are among the most frequently involved organs.Interstitial lung disease(ILD)is a frequent pulmonary manifestation in patients with PM/DM.Early symptoms are not obvious in patients with DM/PMILD,and the quality of life and prognosis are often poor in late stage.Therefore,the early diagnosis of DM/PM patients with ILD is particularly important.
