摘要
介绍了中韩石化苯乙烯抽提装置存在的问题及其改进措施。装置首次运行仅2.5个月便发生了苯乙烯精制塔(C-401)进料以下的填料严重堵塞的问题,结合实际生产运行过程的各项数据,分析了C-401塔运行周期短的原因,总结了有机酸脱色工艺的主要缺点。针对马来酸酐极易与苯乙烯发生聚合反应的缺点,从降低马来酸酐浓度、降低操作温度、用新型脱色剂替代纯马来酸酐、改造塔内件等方面进行了尝试,对比实施前后的实际运行效果,几个方面的改进取得了成效。
The problems in the styrene extraction unit at SINOPEC-SK(Wuhan)Petrochemical Company Limited and the improvement measures are introduced.Serious blockage of packing below the feed nozzle of styrene refining tower occurred only 2.5 months after the first startup of the unit.The reasons for the short operation period of the refining tower were analyzed combined with various data of the actual operation,and the main shortcomings of organic acid decoloring process were summarized.In order to overcome the disadvantage of easy polymerization of maleic anhydride with styrene,some attempts were made,such as lowering the concentration of maleic anhydride,lowering the operating temperature,replacing the pure maleic anhydride with a new decolorant and modifying the equipment.The comparison of the actual operation results before and after the implementation showed that several improvement attempts have achieved certain results.
