摘要
针对离心泵振动故障问题,结合频谱诊断结果及设备结构特点,从轴承状态、联轴器对中、管路应力、零部件检查及轴向力平衡等方面对离心泵振动故障进行排查分析,确定离心泵振动超标原因,并通过传动部件的结构优化,使泵振动从不允许运行状态转至良好状态,消除了设备运行设备隐患。
In view of the vibration failure of centrifugal pump,the vibration analysis and countermeasure research of centrifugal pump were carried out.Combining with the spectrum diagnosis and the characteristics of equipment structure,the vibration failure of centrifugal pump was analyzed from the aspects of bearing state,coupling alignment,piping stress,parts inspection and axial force balance,and the causes of the over-standard vibration of centrifugal pump were identified.Through the structure optimization of driving parts,the pump vibration was in a good state,eliminating the hidden dangers in equipment operation.
