急冷油过滤器运行存在的问题及技术改造

PROBLEMS IN OPERATION OF QUENCH OIL FILTER AND THE TECHNICAL TRANSFORMATION

对乙烯裂解装置急冷油系统带电动刮刷的过滤器因不合理结构和不适用的密封形式引起的设备损坏进行了溯源分析。通过对以往出现故障的问题现象进行剖析,结合机械原理提出了技术改造方案并进行了实施验证,成功解决了该类过滤器电动刮刷损坏、机封泄漏频繁的问题,为乙烯装置长周期安全稳定运行提供了保障。

Traceability analysis was carried out on the equipment damage caused by the unreasonable structure and the unsuitable sealing form of the filter with electric scraping brush in the quench oil system of ethylene plant.Through the in-depth analysis of the problems occurred in the past,a technical transformation plan was proposed combined with the mechanical principle,and the plan was implemented and verified.The problems in this type of filter such as damaged electric scraping brush and frequent leakage of mechanical seal were successfully solved,providing guarantee for the long-term,safe and stable operation of the ethylene plant.
