摘要
某年产150 kt乙烯装置在停产3年后恢复开车,急冷水系统出现热量偏移、物料组成异常变化等现象。通过急冷系统各塔参数变化及物料组成分析逐步确定异常原因,并以其中急冷水乳化现象为例,深入分析导致急冷水乳化机理,阐述了急冷水乳化对装置整个系统的危害以及采取的相应措施和预防手段。
A 150 kt/a ethylene plant resumed operation after 3 years of shutdown,and heat excursions and abnormal changes in material composition occurred in the quench water system.This article gradually identifies the causes of the abnormalities based on the parameter changes of each tower of the quench system and the analysis of material composition,takes the quench water emulsification phenomenon as an example to analyze in detail the quench water emulsification mechanism,and discusses the harm of quench water emulsification to the entire system as well as the corresponding measures and preventive measures taken.
