摘要 为研究不同辣椒品种对干旱胁迫的生理生化响应,以3个不同辣椒品种辣美520、金娇威风、金娇1.0幼苗为试验材料,采用盆栽控制浇水模拟干旱的方法,研究干旱胁迫(中度干旱,土壤相对含水量40%~45%)处理7 d对3个辣椒品种的超氧化物歧化酶活性、过氧化氢酶活性、过氧化物酶活性、可溶性蛋白质含量、脯氨酸含量、丙二醛含量的影响。结果表明:辣美520的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性、过氧化物酶(SOD)活性、可溶性蛋白质(SP)含量、脯氨酸(Pro)含量值最高,金娇威风次之,金娇1.0最低;辣美520的丙二醛(MDA)含量最低,金娇威风次之,金娇1.0最高。综上所述,3个辣椒品种抗旱性大小表现为辣美520>金娇威风>金娇1.0;抗性强的辣椒抗氧化酶活性较高,渗透物质积累量较多,丙二醛(MDA)含量较少,抗性弱的则相反。 In order to study the physiological and biochemical responses of different pepper varieties to the drought stress,the seedlings of three different varieties of pepper,including Lamei 520,Jinjiao Weifeng and Jinjiao 1.0,were used as the experimental materials.By using the controlled watering of potted plants to simulate the drought,the effects of drought stress(moderate drought and soil relative water content of 40%-45%)treated for 7 days on the activities of superoxide dismutase,catalase,peroxidase,soluble protein content,proline content and malondialdehyde content of three pepper varieties were studied.The results showed that the superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity,catalase(CAT)activity,peroxidase(POD)activity,soluble protein(SP)content and proline(Pro)content of Lamei 520 were the highest,followed by those of Jinjiao Weifeng,and Jinjiao 1.0 was the lowest.However,the malondialdehyde(MDA)content of Lamei 520 was the lowest,followed by Jinjiao Weifeng,and Jinjiao 1.0 was the highest.In conclusion,the drought resistance of the three varieties of pepper was as follows:Lamei 520>Jinjiao Weifeng>Jinjiao 1.0.The pepper with strong resistance had higher antioxidant enzyme activity,higher osmotic substance accumulation and lower malondialdehyde(MDA)content,while the pepper with weak resistance had the opposite.
