四维子宫输卵管超声造影的临床应用及进展

四维子宫输卵管超声造影(four-dimensional hysterosalpingo contrast sonography,4D-HyCoSy)具有实时、无创、费用低、重复性好、准确性高等优点,是一种评价输卵管通畅性全新成像技术,与腹腔镜术检查具有高度一致性,目前已经广泛应用于不孕症患者。本文从子宫输卵管造影发展历程、原理、优势、临床应用、发展前景及存在问题对输卵管造影研究进展作一综述。

Four-dimensional hysterosalpingo contrast sonography(4 D-HyCoSy) has the advantages of real-time,non-invasive,low cost,good reproducibility,and high accuracy.It is a new imaging technique for evaluating the patency of the fallopian tube.It has a high degree of consistency with laparoscopic examination It is widely used in infertility patients.This article summarizes the research progress of hysterosalpingography from the development history,principles,advantages,clinical application,development prospects and existing problems of hysterosalpingography.
