超声诊断糖尿病患者颈动脉及下肢动脉硬化的效果分析

Analysis of the effect of ultrasound in diagnosing carotid artery and lower extremity arteriosclerosis in diabetic patients

目的:分析超声诊断糖尿病患者颈动脉及下肢动脉硬化的效果,评价诊断效果。方法:选取北京市海淀区青龙桥社区卫生服务中心2020年1月—12月治疗的120例糖尿病为探究对象,设为试验组,另选取同期行健康体检人员120名为对照组,全部纳入对象均接受超声诊断,对颈动脉、下肢动脉硬化的超声诊断效果进行分析,比较诊断结果。结果:试验组颈部动脉斑块硬化、IMT增厚、管腔狭窄、管腔闭塞检出率均显著高于对照组(P <0.05);试验组下肢动脉斑块硬化、IMT增厚、管腔狭窄、管腔闭塞检出率均显著高于对照组(P <0.05);试验组颈部动脉及下肢动脉AAI水平均显著低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:在糖尿病患者诊断中,超声诊断具有重要作用,可明确颈动脉与下肢动脉硬化情况,能够预防动脉粥样化的发生,对减轻疾病损害,改善预后具有重要作用,值得临床应用。

Objective To analyze the effect of ultrasound in diagnosing carotid artery and lower extremity arteriosclerosis in diabetic patients,and to evaluate the diagnostic effect.Methods 120 cases of diabetes treated in Qinglongqiao community health service center,Haidian District,Beijing from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected as experimental group.Another 120persons who underwent physical examination in the same period were selected as the control group.All subjects were diagnosed by ultrasound.The ultrasonic diagnostic effects of carotid and lower extremity arteriosclerosis were analyzed and the diagnostic results were compared.Results The detection rates of carotid artery plaque sclerosis,IMT thickening,lumen stenosis,and lumen occlusion in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05).In the experimental group,lower limb arterial plaque sclerosis and IMT thickening,lumen stenosis,and lumen occlusion were significantly higher than those of the control group(P < 0.05).The AAI levels of the carotid artery and lower extremity arteries in the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound diagnosis plays an important role in the diagnosis of diabetic patients.It can clarify the carotid artery and lower extremity arteriosclerosis,can prevent the occurrence of atherogenesis,and has an important role in reducing disease damage and improving prognosis.It is worthy of clinical application.
