MRI在胆囊癌淋巴结转移诊断中价值

Value of MRI in diagnosis of lymph node metastasis of gallbladder carcinoma

目的:分析胆囊癌淋巴结转移患者采取MRI诊断的临床应用价值。方法:选取2011年1月—2021年11月宿迁市中医院收治确诊的胆囊癌患者62例,均接受MRI影像诊断,以病理诊断结果为金标准,计算MRI诊断淋巴结转移准确率,对比探讨淋巴结分布不同位置(门腔间隙、腹主动脉、腹腔动脉、肠系膜血管)患者淋巴结最长直径差异。归纳总结患者MRI影像表现。结果:经计算,MRI诊断淋巴结转移准确率高达95.16%,与病理结果差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。淋巴结分布不同位置患者测定淋巴结最长直径结果数据存在显著差异(P <0.05)。结论:胆囊癌患者接受MRI技术诊断可诊断淋巴结转移情况,为临床提供可靠影像支持,值得运用推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical application value of MRI in diagnosis of lymph node metastasis of gallbladder carcinoma.Methods 62 patients with gallbladder cancer diagnosed in Suqian Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from January 2011 to November 2021 were selected,and all of them received MRI diagnosis.Pathological diagnosis results were used as the gold standard to calculate MRI diagnosis accuracy of lymph node metastasis.The longest diameter of lymph nodes in patients with different lymph node distribution locations(portal space,abdominal aorta,celiac artery,mesenteric vessels) was compared.The MRI images of patients were summarized.Results The accuracy of MRI in diagnosing lymph node metastasis was up to 95.16%,and there was no significant difference with pathological results(P > 0.05).There were significant differences in the results of measuring the longest diameter of lymph nodes in patients with different locations of lymph nodes(P < 0.05).Conclusion MRI can diagnose lymph node metastasis in patients with gallbladder cancer,provide reliable imaging support for clinic,and is worthy of application and promotion.
