摘要
高密度芳纶纸蜂窝在飞机客舱及货舱地板上应用广泛,因此其制作工艺和力学性能的研究具有重要意义。本文以ACCH-1-1.83-128规格高密度芳纶纸蜂窝为出发点,着重研究了高密度蜂窝的制备工艺技术,对制备的蜂窝进行了物理性能及多环境的力学性能测试。结果表明,制备的高密度蜂窝物理性能均满足指标值要求,稳定型压缩强度满足商用飞机地板用指标要求;湿态、低温蜂窝压缩性能保持率90%以上;175℃时,蜂窝压缩性能保持率较低,剪切强度及模量性能保持率均在80%以上。
High density aramid paper honeycomb is widely used in aircraft cabin and cargo floor,and the study of its manufacturing technology and mechanical properties is of great significance.Based on ACCH-1-1.83-128 high density aramid paper honeycomb,the preparation technology of high density honeycomb was studied in this paper,and the physical properties and mechanical properties of the honeycomb were tested in multiple environments.The results show that the physical properties of the prepared high-density honeycomb meet the requirements of the index values,and the stable compressive strength meets the requirements of commercial aircraft flooring.The retention rate of honeycomb compression performance in wet and low temperature is more than 90%;At 175℃,the honeycomb compression performance retention is low,and the shear strength and modulus retention are above 80%.
