摘要 针对超高分子量聚乙烯纤维(UHMWPE)防弹材料“背凸”现象,提出一种通过提高纤维拉伸模量从而有效防“背凸”的方法。本文分别对纤维不同分子量、不同牵伸工艺下得到的纤维强度、模量及形貌进行对比研究。结果表明,纤维分子量提高到一定值后或完全牵伸后再牵伸,相对于强度的提升,模量的提升更加明显。这两种途径为降低超高分子量聚乙烯纤维防护制品的“背凸”现象提供了新方向,明显有利于提升防弹性能。 Aiming at suppressing the“back convex”phenomenon of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber(UHMWPE)bullet-proof materials,this paper proposes a method to effectively prevent“back convex”by increasing the tensile modulus of the fiber.The tensile strength,modulus and morphology of UHMWPE fibers with different molecular weights were compared after different drawing processes.The results show that the increase of modulus is more obvious than that of strength after the fiber molecular weight increases to a certain value or continuous drawing after completely drawing process.These two processes provide new directions for reducing the“back convex”phenomenon of UHMWPE protective products,which obviously improves the bullet-proof performance.
