摘要
以高性能T300-6K碳纤维丝束为主要原料、以软质PVC涤纶线为辅助材料,通过合理设计接结双层结构、间隔结构、正交结构、夹芯层结构机织物的经向剖面示意和组织图,参照相似产品进行工艺参数设计,再结合织造前对碳纤维丝束进行上浆处理,搭建承载经纱的辅助平台使一定宽度的经纱平顺通过综眼、筘齿,最终在半自动小样织机上得到了碳纤维复杂结构机织物。织造工艺及关键技术的优化为碳纤维复杂结构机织物的规模化生产提供了数据支撑与参考。
Taken the high performance T300-6K carbon fiber tow as the main raw materials and soft PVC polyester thread as auxiliary materials,the carbon fiber woven fabrics with complex structure were obtained on the semi-automatic sample machine,through reasonable design of the longitudinally section diagram and structure diagram of the woven fabric with double layer structure,interval structure,orthogonal structure and sandwich layer structure,and designing the process parameters by referring to similar products,and combining with the sizing of the carbon fiber tow before weaving,building an auxiliary platform to carry the warp yarn,which made the warp yarn with a certain width pass smoothly through the heald hole and sley teeth.The optimization of weaving process and key technologies provided data support and references for large-scale production of carbon fiber woven fabrics with complex structure.
