现代殡葬技术与管理专业人才行业引领力培养研究——基于OBE的视角和长沙民政职业技术学院的实践

Research on the Industry Leadership Training of Modern Funeral Technology and Management Professionals——Based on the Perspective of OBE and the Practice of Changsha Social Work College

针对国家稳步发展职业本科要求培养“高层次”人才、殡葬行业转型升级需要专业人才具备“高品质”、建设中国特色高水平专业要求培养“行业引领者”的现代殡葬专业人才培养应然要求,运用OBE理论预设,依据殡葬行业特质将“行业引领力”的基本内涵界定为“文化引领、理念引领、技术引领、服务引领”四个维度,构建现代殡葬专业人才行业引领力培养模型。通过挖掘优秀殡葬文化基因,梳理课程德育元素,开发人文、艺术、智能殡葬技术,具化殡葬服务综合能力,研发“行业引领力”培养质量评价指标体系等举措,培养具备中国优秀殡葬文化引领潜质、“生命至上、逝有所安”殡葬理念引领特质、“技术高端、精益求精”殡葬技术引领硬核以及“流程产品、管理运营”殡葬服务创新引领禀赋的现代殡葬专业人才。

In view of the steady development of China,vocational undergraduate colleges require the cultivation of"high-level"talents,the transformation and upgrading of the funeral industry requires"high-quality"professionals,and the construction of high-level majors with Chinese characteristics requires the cultivation of"industry leaders"of modern funeral professionals.According to the requirements of OBE theory,according to the characteristics of the funeral industry,the basic connotation of"industry leadership"is defined as the four dimensions of cultural leadership,concept leadership,technology leadership,and service leadership,and a model for cultivating the industry leadership of modern funeral professionals is constructed.By mining excellent funeral cultural genes,sorting out the moral education elements of the curriculum,developing humanistic,artistic and intelligent funeral technology,consolidating the comprehensive ability of funeral services,developing the"industry leading force"training quality evaluation index system and other measures,cultivating the funeral professionals with the leading potential of China’s excellent funeral culture,the leading characteristics of the funeral concept of"life is supreme,the deceased rest in peace",the leading core of funeral technology of"keeping pursuing high-end technology",and the leading endowment of funeral service innovation of"process products,management and operation".
