摘要
民营企业参与职业教育是新时代职业教育高质量发展的必然要求。浙江是民营经济大省,也是高职教育发展较为先进的地区,在政府的积极引导、民营经济转型升级的需要、高职教育发展的需要等外部驱动力以及资源成为民营企业参与高职教育的长远战略、民营企业灵活的经营机制、民营企业具有强烈发展和市场意识等内部驱动力的双重作用下,浙江省民营经济积极参与高职教育,探索出多样化的参与模式。同时,针对存在的政府层面尚未对企业社会责任进行明确界定、企业层面履行社会责任的动力不足、院校层面学校对民营企业的影响力不够等问题,提出浙江省民营企业参与高职教育的对策:打造校企合作式命运共同体,增强民营企业内部治理水平,提高高职院校专业建设能力。
The participation of private enterprises in vocational education is an inevitable requirement for the high-quality development of vocational education in the new era.Zhejiang is a province with a large private economy and a relatively advanced area for the development of higher vocational education.Under the active guidance of the government,the need for the transformation and upgrading of the private economy,and the internal needs of the development of higher vocational education,external driving forces and resources have become the private enterprises to participate in higher vocational education.Under the dual effects of the long-term strategy of the private sector,the flexible management mechanism of private enterprises,the strong development and market awareness of private enterprises and other internal driving forces,the private economy in Zhejiang Province has actively participated in higher vocational education and explored different modes of participation.At the same time,in view of the existing problems such as“the government level has not yet clearly defined corporate social responsibility”,“the enterprise level has insufficient motivation to fulfill its social responsibility”,and“the school level has insufficient influence on private enterprises”,it is proposed that the countermeasures of private enterprises in Zhejiang Province participate in high levels of participation for vocational education:to create a school-enterprise cooperative community of destiny,enhance the internal governance level of private enterprises and improve the professional construction capacity of higher vocational colleges.
