职业教育新形态教材开发的必要性、基本要求与实施路径

The Necessity,Basic Requirements and Implementation Paths of the Development of New-form Teaching Materials for Vocational Education

新形态教材开发是落实国家职教改革政策的需要,是职业教育作为类型教育的内在诉求,是深化“三教”改革的重要抓手,是适应教学内容快速更新、教学方式多样发展的需要。针对新形态教材开发存在的问题,基于新形态教材开发要准确把握新形态教材的基本特征、要以先进的教育教学理念为指导、要全面落实课程思政的“主渠道”作用、要敢于突破原有的课程边界、要科学设计新形态教材的组织形态等基本要求,提出新形态教材开发的实施路径:组建新形态教材开发团队;构建新形态课程体系;进行新形态教材开发;审读与试用新形态教材;出版、发行与使用新形态教材。

The development of new forms of teaching materials is the need to implement the national vocational education reform policy,the inherent demand of vocational education as a type of education,an important starting point for deepening the reform of“three education reform”,and the need to adapt the rapid update of teaching content and the development of diverse teaching methods.In view of the problems existing in the development of new forms of teaching materials,based on the basic requirements of developing new forms of teaching materials.That is,it is necessary to accurately grasp the basic characteristics of new forms of teaching materials,to be guided by advanced educational and teaching concepts,to fully implement the“main channel”role of curriculum ideology and politics,to dare to break through the original curriculum boundaries,and to scientifically design new forms of teaching materials.This study deeply discusses the implementation path of new-form textbook development:forming a new-form textbook development team;building a new-form curriculum system;developing new-form textbooks;reviewing and trialing new-form textbooks;publishing,distributing and using newform textbooks.
