公共建筑节能教育培训中心建设要素分析——以重庆市为例

Analysis of Construction Elements of the Energy-saving Education and Training Center in Public Buildings——A Case Study of Chongqing

随着我国公共建筑节能要求的不断提高,对相关从业人员的要求也越来越高,与之相关的行业培训也在逐渐增加。该文以重庆为例,整理了近年来的相关培训内容,分析了当前以行政为主体的组织模式存在的培训体系化不强的问题,提出了专项培训中心建设的要求。结合国家、地方对类似职业教育机构建设的要求,梳理得到了公共建筑节能教育培训中心建设的准入设置、标准体系、保障机制三个方面的建设要求,并结合重庆的实际情况进行了等级划分,有助于为后续更大范围地开展公共建筑节能培训机构建设提供制度要求参考。

As the requirement for the energy conservation of public buildings continually intensifies,practitioners are being expected to be more professional,and thus targeted field training is increasingly emerging.Taking Chongqing as a case,this paper laid out the relevant training contents in recent years,analyzed the problem of weak training systems in the current organizational model with administration as the main body,and proposed the requirements for the construction of special training centers.Combined with the national and local requirements for the construction of similar vocational education institutions,the construction requirements of the access setting,the standard system and the guarantee mechanism for the construction of the energy-saving education and training center in public buildings were presented and,based on the reality of Chongqing,were also classified,which is propitious to provide a reference for the system requirements for the subsequent construction of energy-saving training institutions in public buildings on a larger scale.
