矿用防爆车辆自动灭火系统设计

摘要 目前矿用防爆车辆采用手动式灭火装置或防爆传感器类的自动灭火装置,存在安全性差、误动作等问题。为解决此问题,设计一种常态下管道内无压的纯机械式自动灭火装置,分析了该系统的工作原理,介绍了关键元件火灾探测器,计算了触发管路的合理长度,并在敞开式环境下进行防爆车辆发动机舱火灾试验,证明了设计的自动灭火系统动作的可靠性,为防爆车辆提出了一种安全、可靠的自动灭火方法。 At present,mine explosion-proof vehicles use manual fire extinguishing devices or automatic fire extinguishing devices such as explosion-proof sensors,which have problems such as poor safety and maloperation.In order to solve this problem,a pure mechanical automatic fire extinguishing device without pressure in the pipeline under normal conditions was designed,the working principle of the system was analyzed,and the key component fire detector was introduced,the reasonable length of the trigger pipeline was calculated,and the fire test in the engine compartment of explosion-proof vehicles was carried out in an open environment.The action reliability of the designed automatic fire extinguishing system was proved,and a safe and reliable automatic fire extinguishing method was proposed for explosion-proof vehicles.
