摘要 针对综采工作面远距离供电供液的发展需求,设计了基于CAN总线的采煤机远距离监控系统。详细分析了煤矿远距离监控的特点,描述了各系统的组成、数据链路、控制策略和实现方法,可有效实现远距离通信工况下采煤机的实时监控。 According to the development demand of long-distance power supply and liquid supply in fully mechanized mining face,a long-distance monitoring system of shearer based on CAN bus was designed.The characteristics of coal mine remote monitoring were analyzed in detail,and the composition,data link,control strategy and implementation method of each system were described,which could effectively realize the real-time monitoring of shearer under the condition of remote communication.
