防爆胶轮车四轮同检制动台的设计

摘要 为了对防爆胶轮车的制动力及制动同步性进行测试和试验,通过分析防爆胶轮车的组成特点和驱动形式,依据反力式滚筒制动台的基本结构和测试原理,设计一套适用于不同类型防爆胶轮车四轮同检的制动性能检测台,研究适应不同车辆的制动台滚筒和前后轴滚筒的电机转速同步等关键技术。 In order to test the braking force and braking synchronization of explosion-proof rubber tyred vehicles,by analyzing the composition characteristics and driving form of explosion-proof rubber tyred vehicles,and according to the basic structure and testing principle of reaction drum brake platform,a set of braking performance test platform suitable for four-wheel simultaneous inspection of different types of explosion-proof rubber tyred vehicles was designed.The key technologies such as motor speed synchronization of brake table drum and front and rear axle drum suitable for different vehicles were studied.
