摘要
简述了矿用掘进机截割刀盘的工作原理与设计特点。建立了掘进机截割部、煤壁的三维模型,并给模型添加素材、质量和碰撞等物理特性,通过设置刀盘不同的运动轨迹,模拟对煤壁产生相应的截割效果。结果表明,通过编写各种蓝图和对模型加入不同素材、质量以及应力,会使截割对象产生不同的截割效果。研究结果可对掘进机截割部的设计提供有效的帮助,对刀盘设计提供数据支撑。
The working principle and design characteristics of the cutting cutter head of the mining TBM were briefly described.A three-dimensional model of the TBM cutting part and coal wall was established,and physical characteristics such as material,mass and collision were added to the model,and the corresponding cutting effect of the coal wall was simulated by setting different motion trajectories of the cutter head.The results show that by writing various blueprints and adding different materials,qualities,and stresses to the model,the intercepted objects will have different clipping effects.The results of the study can provide effective assistance for the design of the cutting section of the TBM and provide data support for the cutter head design.
