中央苏区的劳动和社会保险政策法律,主动回应中国劳动者的权利诉求,社会保险对象从产业工人延伸到农民,社会保险种类涵盖现代意义的所谓“五险”o中央苏区专门工作与群众路线紧密结合,专门机关与职能部门齐抓共管,确保劳动和社会保险政策法律的贯彻落实。中央苏区综合施策、双向发力,以多种多样的社会保险替代补充方式,有效地分散化解了各种劳动风险。

The labor and social insurance policies and laws of the Central Soviet Area actively responded to the rights demands of Chinese labors.The social insurance targets extended from industrial workers to pheasants,and the types of social insurance included tiie so-called"five insurances"in the modem society.The specialized department of the Central Soviet Area was closely integrated with the mass line,and specialized organs and functional departments worked together to ensure the implementation of labor and social insurance policies and laws.The Central Soviet Area adopted comprehensive policies and two-way efforts,launching various social insurances as supplement,which effectively resolved many labor risks.
