摘要
目的以方便患者为中心,设计适合三甲医院全院的心电图远程传输管理系统,相关医护人员可便捷地调阅患者心电图报告内容。方法42台ES-1250C多道心电图机配合服务器及系统存储设备完成心电图系统搭建,并运用C#.Net工具进行WebService平台架构,心电图机使用无线通信技术(WIFI)模式实时传输数据,链接院内医院信息系统(HIS),心电图医生完成诊断及管理,临床医生在工作系统上可实现心电图内容的调阅分析等功能。结果常规心电图、动态心电图及负荷运动的月均治疗人次2018年多于2017年,差异均有显著统计学意义(P<0.01);三类患者领取报告平均等待时间2018年较2017年有明显缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);心电图诊断效率明显提高。增加了远程会诊模式及教学模式,优化了医院住院患者心电图检查流程。患者满意度由2017年56%提升至2020年92%。结论心电图远程传输管理系统的开发和运用,为医护人员及患者提供了便捷与速度,在越来越现代化的医院,该系统拥有更好的前景。
Objective To design remote electrocardiogram(ECG) transmission management system for convenient access of ECG by the whole relevant medical staff in tertiary A-level hospital. Methods The ECG system was completed by 42 sets of ES-1250C multi-channel ECG machines with servers and system storage devices. The C#.Net tool was used to implement the WebService platform architecture. The ECG machines were linked hospital information system(HIS) to transmit data in real time by wireless communication technology(WIFI) mode, the ECG doctors were completed the diagnosis and management, and clinician could realize the functions of reading and analyzing ECG on working system. Results The mean monthly treatment times of routine ECG, dynamic ECG and load exercise in 2018 were more than those in 2017, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01). The mean waiting time for report collection of the three type patients in 2018 was significantly shorter than that in 2017, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05), and ECG diagnostic efficiency was signifi cantly improved. The remote consultation mode and teaching mode were added, the inpatients ECG examination process were optimized, and satisfaction rate increased from 56 % in 2017 to 92 % in 2020. Conclusion It is demonstrated that the development and application of ECG remote transmission management system could provide convenience and speed for medical staff and patients, which shows the better prospects in modern hospitals.
