大学生志愿服务作为劳动教育和校园文化建设的重要组成部分,在大学生树立正确价值观念、养成良好行为规范中发挥实践育人作用。马克思主义实践观与中国传统文化是大学生志愿服务实践育人的理论支撑,社会价值与个人价值是大学生志愿服务实践育人的目标导向,协同治理、品牌建设与赋权增能是大学生志愿服务实践育人的实现路径。明晰大学生志愿服务实践育人的理论维度、价值维度和行动维度,推进大学生志愿服务教育的知行合一,进而实现理论教育与实践教育的统一。

As an important part of labor education and campus culture construction,college students'voluntary service plays a role in practical education of establishing correct value concepts and developing good behavior specifications.Marxist practice view and excellent traditional culture are the theoretical support of college students'voluntary service,of which social value and individual value are the goal orientation.The realization paths of the practical education of college students'voluntary service in-clude cooperative governance,brand building and empowerment.Only by clarifying the theoretical dimension,value dimension and action dimension,and also pushing forward the combination of knowledge and action of college students'voluntary service,can we realize the unity of theoretical education and practiccal education.
