摘要
[研究目的]从供应链安全风险防控的角度,研究美国关键矿产供应链风险管理实践,为新时代我国矿产资源安全提供参考。[研究方法]通过文献资料研究方法,分析总结美国关键矿产供应链风险识别、风险分析和风险应对的关键举措。[研究结论]美国高度重视关键矿产供应链的风险防控,并形成了一套较完整的关键矿产供应链风险防控理论和方法。
[Research purpose]From the perspective of supply chain security risk prevention and control,this paper studies the risk management practice of critical mineral supply chains in the United States,and provides a reference for China's mineral resources security in the new era.[Research method]The paper analyzes and summarizes the key measures of risk identification,risk analysis and risk response in the supply chain of critical minerals in the United States.[Research conclusion]The U.S.attaches great importance to the risk prevention and control of critical mineral supply chains,and has formed a relatively complete set of theories and methods for it.
