面向主控式创新的高价值专利挖掘研究

Research on High-Value Patent Exploration Based on Dominant Innovation

[研究目的]从高价值专利培育视角出发,结合主控式创新设计方法,尝试运用价值导向讨论高价值专利挖掘。[研究方法]对高价值专利培育视角下专利挖掘的研究现状进行回顾,并结合高价值专利应用提出了改进的主控式创新流程模型,进而阐述了多元价值导向的、面向主控式创新的高价值专利挖掘关键技术。最后,给出了移动终端LCD显示屏幕产品工艺质量检测技术创新的案例,说明高价值专利挖掘对于促进主控式创新的有效性。[研究结论]引入价值导向的创新设计方法可在当前专利制度约束下,选择基于专利技术价值度与法律价值度二级指标对应的优选TRIZ工具,从而增强了主控式创新理论的可操作性和可推广性,适用于智能制造创新方案。

[Research purpose]From the perspective of high-value patent cultivation,combined with the dominant innovation design method,paper tries to use the value-oriented approach to discuss high-value patent exploration.[Research method]The article reviews the research status of patent exploration(referred to as PE)from a high-value perspective,improves the method process of dominant innovation,and proposes a multi-value-oriented PE research based on dominant innovation.Based on the above theory,the article adopts the process quality inspection optimization of mobile terminal LCD display screen products as a case study in practice.[Research conclusion]The introduction of the value-oriented innovation design method can select the preferred TRIZ tool based on the secondary indicators of patent technology value and legal value,which enhances the operability and generalizability of the dominant innovation theory,and then is applicable to innovative solutions for intelligent manufacturing.
