知识惯性对双元创新能力的影响研究--关系嵌入的调节效应与结构嵌入的中介作用

The Impact of Knowledge Inertia on Dual Innovation Capability--the Moderating Effect of Relational Embedding and Mediating Effect of Structural Embedding

[研究目的]探索网络嵌入和知识惯性对企业双元创新能力的影响,深化知识惯性与双元创新能力之间关系的理论研究。[研究方法]基于高新技术企业大样本调查数据,实证研究知识惯性对双元创新能力的影响,并分析网络关系嵌入的调节效应和网络结构嵌入的中介作用。[研究结果]结果表明:知识惯性与双元创新能力之间不具有倒U型关系;网络关系嵌入正向调节知识惯性与双元创新能力之间的关系;网络结构嵌入在知识惯性与双元创新能力之间发挥部分中介作用。研究结果对如何降低知识惯性的负面影响,突破我国高新技术企业创新能力的提升瓶颈,推动高质量发展具有重要现实指导意义。

[Research purpose]Explore the impact of network embedding(NE)and knowledge inertia(KI)on the dual innovation ability of enterprise,it has theoretical enlightenment for deepening study on the relationship between KI and DIC.[Research method]Based on a large sample survey data of high-tech firms from the National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone in Wuhan East Lake,this paper empirically studies the effect of KI on dual innovation capability(DIC),and analyzes the moderating effect of relational embedding(RE)and the mediating effect of structural embedding(SE).[Research conclusion]The results show that there is not an inverted U-shaped relationship between KI and DIC.RE positively moderates the relationship between KI and DIC;SE plays a mediating role in the relationship between KI and DIC.The research results have important practical guiding significance for reducing the negative impact of KI,breaking through the bottleneck of improving DIC of Chinese enterprises and promoting high-quality development.
