摘要
[研究目的]探索科研知识交流中信息规避行为的成因及其作用机理,旨在为科研团队及科研人员应对信息规避行为,提高科研知识交流和科研管理效率提供参考借鉴。[研究方法]对收集的344份问卷数据,采用基于PLS的结构方程模型验证信息规避行为前因变量之间的假设关系,并引入fsQCA分析有效前因变量是如何与学历、交流频率、性别等个人属性组合作用于信息规避行为的。[研究结论]结果发现了4条主要的信息规避行为影响路径,分别是信息过载→消极情绪→信息规避行为、资源可用性→消极情绪→信息规避行为、表达可行度→信息规避行为、主观规范→信息规避行为,同时fsQCA分析结果展示了交流频率、教育水平、学历、性别与消极情绪和主观规范作用于信息规避行为的3条路径。
[Research purpose]Exploring the causes and mechanism of information avoidance behavior in scientific research knowledge exchange is aiming to provide reference for scientific research teams and researchers to respond to information avoidance behavior and improve the efficiency in the process of scientific research knowledge exchange and management.[Research method]For the collected 344 questionnaire data,the PLS-based structural equation model was used to verify the hypothetical relationship between the pre-dependent variables of the information avoidance behavior,and the fsQCA was introduced to analyze how the effective pre-dependent variables relate to educational background,communication frequency,gender,etc.Personal attributes are combined to act on information avoidance behavior.[Research conclusion]The results found four main influence paths of information avoidance behaviors,namely information overload→negative emotions→information avoidance behavior,resource availability→negative emotions→information avoidance behavior,feasibility of expression→information avoidance behavior,subjective norms→information avoidance behavior,and the results of fsQCA analysis show the three paths of communication frequency,education level,academic qualifications,gender,negative emotions and subjective norms acting on information avoidance behavior.
