摘要 以水泥和固化剂为胶凝材料,废旧保温棉、轻质粉体作为填料,制备一种生态绝热材料以用于建筑墙体保温,研究了固化剂用量对胶凝时间的影响,胶凝材料与填料的质量比对固化时间、力学性能和绝热性能的影响。结果表明:水泥和固化剂质量比为1∶1时,胶凝时间为3.5h,满足现场施工要求;胶凝材料与填料质量比为1.25∶1时,制备的生态绝热材料抗折强度为10.9MPa、抗冲击强度为9.25MPa、抗压强度为6.7MPa、导热系数为0.181W/(m·K),其力学性能和绝热性能均满足国家标准要求。 Taking cement and curing agent as cementing materials, waste thermal insulation cotton and powder as filler, an ecological thermal insulation material was prepared for building wall insulation.The influence of the amount of curing agent on the cementing time and the influence of the mass ratio of cementing material to filler on the curing time, mechanical properties and thermal insulation properties were studied.The results show that when the mass ratio of cement to curing agent is 1∶1,the gelation time is 3.5 h, which meets the requirements of field construction.When the mass ratio of cementing material to filler is 1.25∶1,the prepared ecological insulation material has the flexural strength of 10.9 MPa, impact strength of 9.25 MPa, compressive strength of 6.7 MPa and thermal conductivity of 0.181 W/(m·K),and its mechanical and thermal insulation properties meet the national standards.
