摘要 为提高压缩机活塞杆的使用寿命,降低活塞杆失效及故障率,应用通用绘图对压缩机活塞杆进行三维建模,根据压缩机活塞杆的工作原理,对正常工况下的活塞杆模型进行受力分析,研究活塞杆的应力情况和各频率阶数时的动态特性;基于压缩机活塞杆的失效分析结果,对活塞杆的结构进行优化与改进。结果表明,优化后的活塞杆的力学特性得到了改善,同时减少了在加工过程中的切削量,最大程度地利用了原材料,并缩短了加工时间,提高了工作效率,对压缩机活塞杆的制造及使用有一定的参考意义。 In order to improve the service life of the compressor piston rod and reduce the failure and failure rate of the piston rod, the three-dimensional modeling of the compressor piston rod is carried out by using Unigraphics.According to the working principle of the compressor piston rod, the stress of the piston rod model under normal working conditions is analyzed, and the stress of the piston rod and the dynamic characteristics of each frequency order are studied.Based on the failure analysis results of the compressor piston rod, the structure of the piston rod is optimized and improved, the mechanical properties of the optimized piston rod are improved, the cutting amount in the machining process is reduced, the raw materials are used to the greatest extent, the machining time is shortened and the working efficiency is improved.It is a certain significant reference for the manufacture and application of compressor piston rod in the future.
