循证教育视域下的社会情感学习研究:体系框架与应用路径 被引量:11

摘要 社会情感学习是促进人才培养与提升教育质量的重要议题,教育领域迫切需要社会情感学习的循证研究以提升教育实践的科学化与专业化。社会情感学习的循证体系框架以教学问题为出发点、以课程为根本、以最佳证据为核心、以证据应用为目标,将证据作为课程选择的基础,使社会情感教育进入创新、评估、推广和渐进式改进的良性循环。社会情感教育的循证应用需基于管理机构、学校、教师的合作参与,依循“规划-设计-实施-评价-推广”的路径推进。促进我国社会情感学习发展可从推动循证教育改革、开发高质量社会情感学习课程、研究社会情感能力测量方法、提升教师社会情感能力和循证教学能力等方面展开。 Social emotional learning is an important issue to promote talent cultivation and improve the quality of education.At present,there is an urgent need for evidence-based research on social emotional learning in the field of education to improve the scientification and specialization of educational practice.The evidence-based system framework of social emotional learning takes the problems in social emotional teaching as the starting point,the curriculum as the foundation,the best evidence as the core and the application of evidence as the goal.It pushes social emotional education to a virtuous circle of innovation,evaluation,promotion and gradual improvement.In the evidence-based application of social emotional education,it follows the path of planning,design,implementation,evaluation and promotion based on the cooperative participation of management institutions,schools and teachers.The way to promote social emotional learning in China can be carried out from the aspects of promoting the reform of evidence-based education,developing high-quality social emotional learning courses,studying the measurement methods of social emotional ability,and improving teachers’social emotional ability and evidence-based teaching ability.
