介绍了鄂钢设备远程智能运维平台总体架构设计,设备状态数据池形成,设备智能监测诊断模型,设备智能监测诊断业务流程,设备智能监测诊断应用,以及典型应用实例。新构建的平台系统汇集远程状态监测、故障预警、故障诊断、故障分析、运维管理等多种功能,通过本平台进行数据分析、智能模型识别和综合诊断,为运维人员提供准确的预警信息、状态判断结果和处理决策,实现远程智能决策、智能管理。

This paper introduces the overall architecture design of Esteel equipment remote intelligent operation and maintenance platform,the formation of equipment status data pool,equipment intelligent monitoring and diagnosis model,equipment intelligent monitoring and diagnosis business process,equipment intelligent monitoring and diagnosis application,and lists typical application examples.The newly constructed platform system integrates multiple functions such as remote state monitoring,fault early warning,fault diagnosis,fault analysis,operation and maintenance management.Through the platform,data analysis,intelligent model identification and comprehensive diagnosis are carried out to provide accurate early warning information,state judgment results and processing decisions for operation and maintenance personnel,and realize remote intelligent decision-making and intelligent management.
