摘要
随着后疫情时代的到来,休闲农场作为经济复苏洪流中的一份子也将迎来新的发展机会。本研究以20个休闲农场的客户旅程接触点为样本,基于OKR工作法,从游客的核心动机与农场接触点出发,建立了休闲农场服务设计的关键目标与结果概念模型,并讨论了休闲农场的客户服务目标示例,以指导服务设计的创新设计,从而为实现休闲农场商业模式的创新奠定基础。
With the arrival of the post COVID-19 epidemic, as a part of the economic recovery, leisure farm will also usher in new development opportunities. This study takes the customer journey touch points of 20 leisure farms as samples, to establish the conceptual model of key objectives and results of service design of leisure farms, based on OKR working method, starting from the core motivation of tourists and the touch points of farms, and the study discusses examples for customer service objectives by leisure farm, so as to guide the innovative design of service design and provide reference for leisure farms, so as to lay the foundation for the realization of leisure farm business model innovation.
