校领导上“形势与政策”课实践与思考

Practice and Reflection on the Ideological and Political Courses Taught by University Leadership

校领导进课堂讲思想政治理论课是促进思政课改革创新、加强党对思政课领导的新举措,是党中央对高校贯彻落实立德树人、三全育人工作的新要求。以“形势与政策”课为抓手推动校领导进课堂讲思政课,不仅有其必要性,也有可行性。结合成都工业学院校领导讲“形势与政策”课的具体做法、成效及难点,从提高思想认识,变外在压力为内在动力,加强落实,推动创新,切实提高教学质量,建立完善校领导讲“形势与政策”课的长效机制等3个方面对进一步贯彻落实好校领导讲思政课提出建议。

University leadership giving lectures on ideological and political theory is a new measure to promote the reform and innovation of ideological and political curriculum and to strengthen the Party s leadership over the ideological and political curriculum.It is also a new requirement that the party central committee makes for the universities to implement the work of fostering virtue through education and educating students in three comprehensive ways.Taking the course of Situation&Policy as the starting point to promote university leadership to take ideological and political courses is not only necessary but also feasible.Taking the Situation&Policy course taught by leaders of Chengdu Technological University as an example,its specific measures,positive effects and difficulties were introduced in this paper.Some suggestions were put forward on how to promote the university leadership to teach ideological and political courses well from the following three aspects:1.improving ideological understanding,and turning external pressure into internal motivation;2.strenthening implementation and promoting innovation,to improve the teaching quality;3.establishing a long-time mechanism of University leadership delivering ideological and political courses.
