基于大数据的生物安全防护开源情报工作探讨

生物安全是国家安全体系中的重要一环。开展生物安全工作需要及时全面地了解全球生物安全环境、形势和面临的风险与挑战,生物安全防护情报支撑作用突显。笔者在调研相关研究与实践分析基础上,从开源情报实践原则和情报服务机制2个维度探讨了基于大数据时代背景的生物安全防护开源情报工作模式。

Biosecurity is an important link of the national security system. In handling biosecurity,it requires a comprehensive understanding of the global biosecurity risks and challenges in a timely manner. Attention should be paid to the importance of biosecurity protection information support. On the basis of relevant research and practical analysis and under the setting of big-data era,this paper explores the working mode of open source intelligence from the dimensions of practice principles and information service.
