某综合医院保洁员应对新型冠状病毒肺炎的防控行为现状及影响因素分析

Current status of novel coronavirus pneumonia in the prevention and control on the part of hospital cleaners and analysis of its influencing factors

目的了解某综合医院保洁员应对新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控行为的现状,分析其影响因素,为预防医院感染提供参考。方法对某综合医院的126名保洁员采用自行设计的问卷进行应对新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控行为现状调查,分析其防控行为的影响因素。结果保洁员应对新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情的防控行为得分为(33.90±5.30)分,防控细节行为条目得分较低;文化程度、教育培训、监管机制、监测方法、经济因素是保洁员应对新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控行为的主要影响因素(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论应增强保洁员防控意识,尤其要重视细节行为,加大理论与技能相结合的培训力度,重点关注文化程度低人群,实施医院、公司、科室三重监管机制,联合多种检测手段检验清洁效果,提供充足且合乎规范的防护用品。

Objective control on the part of hospital cleaners,and also to analyze its influential factors,so as to provide reference for the prevention of hospital infection.MethodsThe current status of COVID-19 in the prevention and control of the epidemic was investigated among the 126cleaners by using the self-designed questionnaire form,and the influential factors of the prevention and control activities were also analyzed.ResultsThe scores for the cleaners in the prevention and control of COVID-19 were(33. 90 ± 5. 30). The scores of the minor prevention and control items were relatively lower. Education,training,supervision,monitoring,as well as economic factor were the main influential factors affecting the activities of cleaners in the prevention and control of COVID-19(P < 0. 05 or P < 0. 01).ConclusionThe awareness of the cleaners concerning prevention and control of COVID-19 should be enhanced. Special attention should be paid to eleborate activities. The training of theory combined with practical skills should be intensified,and special emphasis should be paid to those people with lower education level. Furthemore,a triad supervision mechanism(hospirtal-company-division)should be implemented,multi-detection systems be used for evaluation of cleaning effects,and adequate and qualified protective equipment should be readily available.
