斜生栅藻对污水中氮、磷的去除效果研究 被引量:1

摘要 为研究斜生栅藻对废水中氮磷去除效果的影响,在实验室设置了4个不同氮磷比梯度对斜生栅藻进行培养。试验周期为7 d,以每天测定培养液中的磷酸盐和硝态氮的浓度,来分析斜生栅藻在不同N/P的条件下对NO^(-)_(3)-N和PO^(3-)_(4)-P的去除量。研究结果显示出,在4∶1、8∶1、16∶1、35∶1不同N/P下,斜生栅藻对NO^(-)_(3)-N的去除量分别为0.3782 mg/L、0.5945 mg/L、0.3546 mg/L、0.6643 mg/L;斜生栅藻对PO^(3-)_(4)-P去除量分别为1.1604 mg/L、1.2384 mg/L、1.423 mg/L和0.8493 mg/L。在N/P为35∶1的条件下,斜生栅藻的脱氮的效果最好;实验结果显示出在N/P为16∶1的条件下,斜生栅藻对废水中的磷去除效果最好,在废水处理以及水体富营养化的防治方面具有较大的意义。 In order to study the effect of Scenedesmus obliquus on the removal of nitrogen and phosphorus from wastewater,four gradients of different nitrogen and phosphorus ratios were set in the laboratory for the cultivation of stragglers.The experiment period was seven days.The concentration of phosphate and nitrate nitrogen in the culture medium was measured every day to analyze the removal rate of NO^(-)_(3)-N and PO^(3-)_(4)-P in the condition of different N/P ratio.The results showed that under different N/P ratios of 4:1,8:1,16:1,and 35:1,the removal rates of NO^(-)_(3)-N by Scenedesmus obliquus were 0.3782 mg/L,0.5945 mg/L,0.3546 mg/L and 0.6643 mg/L,respectively.The removal rates of PO^(3-)_(4)-P were 1.1604 mg/L,1.2384 mg/L,1.423 mg/L and 0.8493 mg/L,respectively.At the N/P ratio of 35:1,the nitrogen removal effect was the best.The experiment showed that at the condition of nitrogen and phosphorus ratio of 16:1,Scenedesmus obliquus had the best phosphorus removal effect in wastewater and has great significance in wastewater treatment and water eutrophication prevention and control.
