摘要 建立了一种快速溶剂萃取-Florisil固相萃取柱净化-GCMS-QP2020NX检测土壤中有机氯农药的分析方法。测定结果表明:土壤中8种有机氯农药目标化合物的相关系数均为0.9999,平均响应因子的RSD达到1.4%~6.5%,满足HJ835的质控要求,方法检出限在0.002~0.003 mg/kg,测定下限在0.008~0.012 mg/kg,满足HJ168要求。该方法前处理简单,内标法定量结果准确,适用于土壤中有机氯的分析检测。可供参考。 In this paper,a rapid solvent extraction-Florisil solid phase extraction column purification-GCMS-QP2020NX method was established for the determination of organochlorine pesticides in soil.The results show that the correlation coefficients of the 8 organochlorine pesticide target compounds in soil were 0.9999,and the RSD of the average response factor reached 1.4%~6.5%,meeting the quality control requirements of HJ835.The detection limit of the method was 0.002-0.003mg/kg,and the lower limit of determination was 0.008-0.012mg/kg,meeting the requirements of HJ168.The method is simple in pretreatment and accurate in quantitative results by internal standard method.It is suitable for the analysis and detection of organochlorine in soil.
