摘要
随着国家能源局“千乡万村驭风计划”的提出,风机与居民区的距离已进一步接近。人与风电和谐共处面临着诸多技术难题,其中光影影响是重要挑战之一。风机运行产生的光影效应对附近居民的影响亟需评估解决。以不同纬度、不同地形的项目为例,研究了一种基于时间尺度的精确评估风机光影影响的方法,对窗户朝向、斜度、距地距离等开展了多因素研究。结果表明:风机光影受地形、纬度、窗户朝向等因素显著影响,为减弱该影响,针对山地风场选址、风机附近的民居窗型设计等提出了针对性的解决方案。
With the proposal of the National Energy Administration"Wind Turbines Go into the Countryside",the distance between wind turbines and residential areas will be closer.The harmonious coexistence of people and wind turbines faces many technical difficulties,among which the influence of turbine shadow is one of the important challenges.The impact of shadow effects generated by the wind turbines rotation on nearby residents needs to be evaluated and solved urgently.Taking projects with different latitudes and terrains as examples,a method for accurately evaluating the influence of turbines shadow based on time scale is studied and analyzed,and multi-factor research is carried out on the orientation,inclination,distance from the ground,etc.of windows.The study shows that the turbine shadow is significantly affected by factors such as terrain,latitude,and window orientation.In order to reduce the impact,targeted solutions should be proposed for the site selection of mountain wind farms and the design of residential windows near the wind turbines.
