急诊青年患者死亡病例研究

Study on death cases of young emergency patients

目的研究青年人突发死亡的流行病学特点,为制定预防措施提供依据。方法回顾性分析2017至2020年本院急诊科死亡的63例青年患者的临床资料,分析青年患者死亡的流行病学特点。结果2017年至2020年,急诊科青年患者病死率为2.69%,男女死亡比例为1.625∶1;前三位死因为循环系统疾病、恶性肿瘤及损伤中毒;死者家属认为“既往体健”12例,占比21.43%;死者家属知晓病史44例,占比78.57%。结论加强各类常见疾病的宣教工作,提高疾病重视程度,改变青年人不良生活习惯;医院应建立完善的陆地急救服务体系,为救治成功垫下基础;推广全人群的常规体检、常见病筛查工作,早发现、早治疗。

Objective To study the epidemiological characteristics of sudden death in young people,and to provide basis for formulating preventive measures.Methods The general and clinical data of 63 young patients who died in the emergency department of our hospital from 2017 to 2020 were retrospectively analyzed,and the epidemiological characteristics of the deaths of young patients were analyzed.Results From 2017 to 2020,the mortality rate of young patients in emergency department was 2.69%,and the male to female rate was 1.625∶1.The top three causes of death were circulatory system disease,malignant tumors,injury and poisoning.The family members of the deceased considered 12 cases of were healthy in the past,accounted for 21.43%;The family members of the deceased were aware of the medical history of 44 cases,accounting for 78.57%.Conclusion Strengthen the propaganda and education of various common diseases,improve the degree of attention,change the bad habits of young people;the hospital should establish sound land emergency service system to lay the foundation for successful treatment;promote the whole population routine physical examination,common disease screening,early detection and early treatment.
