外科护理人员心脏康复知信行现状及影响因素分析

Analysis of the current situation and influencing factors of cardiac rehabilitation knowledge,belief,and behavior among surgical nursing staff

目的分析外科护理人员心脏康复知信行现状及影响因素。方法选取2019年1月至2020年10月本院71名外科护理人员作为研究对象,均行心脏康复知信行现状问卷调查,统计外科护理人员心脏康复护理态度、知识、日常行为得分及心脏康复知识总分,采用多元线性回归法分析外科护理人员心脏康复知识的影响因素。结果71名外科护理人员心脏康复护理态度得分为(22.88±3.59)分、知识得分为(16.23±4.04)分,日常行为得分为(18.33±3.82)分。外科护理人员年龄、职务及工作年限心脏康复知信行总分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多元线性回归方程分析显示,职务、工作年限是护理人员心脏康复知信行得分的影响因素。结论外科护理人员心脏康复知识缺乏,职务、工作年限是外科护理人员心脏康复知信行水平的影响因素,临床护理工作中应加强心脏康复教育培训,促进外科护理人员心脏康复知信行水平养成,尤其是职务及工作年限较低的护理人员。

Objective To analyze the current situation and influencing factors of cardiac rehabilitation knowledge,belief,and behavior among surgical nursing staff.Methods 71 cases of surgical nursing staff in our hospital from January 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the research subjects,all nursing staff were surveyed by questionnaire on the status of cardiac rehabilitation knowledge,belief and behavior.The scores of cardiac rehabilitation nursing attitude,knowledge,daily behavior and total score of cardiac rehabilitation knowledge of surgical nursing staff were counted,the multiple linear regression method was used to analyze the influencing factors of cardiac rehabilitation knowledge of surgical nursing staff.Results The scores of cardiac rehabilitation nursing attitude of 71 surgical nursing staff was(22.88±3.59)scores,knowledge score was(16.23±4.04)scores,and daily behavior score was(18.33±3.82)scores.There was significant difference in the age,position and working years of the surgical nursing staff in the total score of cardiac rehabilitation knowledge,belief and practice(P<0.05).Multipe linear regression equation analysis showed that position and working years were the influencing factors of the scores of knowledge,belief,and behavior in cardiac rehabilitation of nursing staff.Conclusion Surgical nursing staff lack the knowledge of cardiac rehabilitation,position and working years are influencing factors of knowledge,belief,and behavior of cardiac rehabilitation of surgical nursing staff,and cardiac rehabilitation education and training should be strengthened in clinical nursing work to promote the development of cardiac rehabilitation knowledge,belief,and practice among surgical nursing staff,especially for nursing staff with relatively short positions and working years.
