Deployment and Application of Federated Learning Based on 6G

为了促使6G与联邦学习技术的深度融合,讨论了联邦学习技术在6G中的研究进展,主要包括联邦学习技术在标准中的研究进展、基于联邦学习技术的分布式智能化网络架构的研究进展以及联邦学习使能技术的研究进展等。以联邦学习技术在6G中的部署与应用为着眼点,对联邦学习技术在6G中的部署及应用方案进行分析,最后阐明了联邦学习技术在6G部署时可能面临的问题和挑战、需要关注的研究重点以及潜在的研究方向。

In order to promote the deep integration of 6G and Federated learning(FL) technologies, this paper discusses the research progress of FL technologies in 6G, mainly including the FL technologies in standards, the distributed intelligent network architecture based on FL, and the FL enabling technologies, etc. Focusing on the deployment and application of FL technologies in 6G, this paper analyzes the deployment and application solution of FL in 6G. Finally, it illustrates the potential problems and challenges, key issues, and research direction when FL technologies are deployed and applied in 6G.
